By using Aashirwad — Gold & Silver Estimate ("the app") you agree to these terms.

1. What the app is for

The app helps you calculate an indicative price for a finished ornament based on the rate, weight, wastage, making charges, stones and GST you enter. The result is an estimate for your customer's understanding — it is not a tax invoice, a receipt, or a guarantee of price.

2. Rates are approximate

Live metal rates shown in the app are fetched from a public third-party source as a convenience and may be delayed, rounded, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the rate before sharing any estimate. The rate field is always editable for this reason.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the figures you enter and the estimates you generate and share. The developer is not liable for any loss, dispute, or damage arising from use of the app or reliance on its calculations.

4. Your data

Your shop details and saved estimates are stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy, available from Settings in the app.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent prices to customers.

6. Account

Access uses Google Sign-In. You may request deletion of your account at any time from the "Account Deletion" page in Settings, or by emailing aashirwad@ridamjain.com.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
